I think the gnose on that gnome was broken off within a week of it being carved. I’m not sure if it was malicious, or the grain just split on the piece. I fear the worst.

It’s a pretty epic piece of chainsaw art.

That’s a huge gnome!

This building went up when I was a kid. It was fascinating to me then and it still is and I never skip a chance to drive that stretch of Concord because of all the cool and gritty stuff that’s still there.

Concord Squares reminds me of tile patterns for a kitchen backsplash. Different patterns should be applied in rotation…wouldn’t that be fun to see?
